7.6 Submitting an Error Report

Writeback support tickets can be sent by email to writebacksupport@pomerolpartners.com

When submitting an error report related to the Writeback Extension to Pomerol Partners please be sure to include the following:

  1. A brief summary of the issue that occurred
  2. Information on the current version of Qlik Sense in your environment including the patch
  3. A zipped copy of the logs stored in the backend folder
  4. A screenshot of the error and any related information (if possible)

We will get back to you within 1-3 business days.
